2020 INFINITI QX80 - All-Mode 4WD® (if so equipped)

"This video is copyrighted material of Nissan North America, Inc. and should not be copied, edited, or reproduced without the permission of Nissan.

The INFINITI All-Mode 4WD® system provides three driving positions so you can select the desired drive mode according to the driving conditions. The 4WD shift switch is located on the center console behind the selector lever. Move the switch to the desired position to engage that drive mode. Select the AUTO mode for driving on paved or slippery roads.

The 4HI mode is used for driving on rocky, sandy or snow-covered roads.

When maximum power and traction is required, such as on steep grades or muddy roads, the 4LO mode should be used. The vehicle must be stopped with the brake applied and the selector lever in Neutral in order to shift between the 4HI and 4LO modes. When a drive mode is selected, the 4WD shift indicator shows the position in the vehicle information display.

The indicator may blink while shifting from one drive mode to another.

If the 4WD warning light located in the meter comes on, the 4WD shift indicator turns off.

If this light comes on or blinks slowly during operation or rapidly after stopping the vehicle for a while, it is recommended you visit an INFINITI retailer for service.

Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations, and additional operating and feature information."
