Yeni 2020 VW Caravelle otomatik park sistemi (Park Assist)

Yeni VW Transporter - Caravelle 6.1 Park Assist sistemi

Park Assist 3.0 (semi-autonomous parking and exiting)
Park Assist. It simplifies getting into and out of parking spaces. When enabled, the Bulli 6.1 automatically weaves its way into the parking space and steers out of it too. All the driver has to do is operate the accelerator and brake and monitor the surrounding area.
Park Assist, being offered for the first time in the Bulli 6.1, assists through automatic steering with getting into parking spaces (both parallel and perpendicular parking) and with getting out of tight spots after parking parallel to the kerb. It utilises the parking sensors (6 at the front, 6 at the rear) and thus recognises different parking scenarios (spaces for parallel or perpendicular parking). Even parking on corners is possible if the radius is not more than 20 metres. The display on the instrument panel provides information on possible parking spaces. The driver then uses the Park Assist button to select an appropriate parking scenario. During the parking process, all that the driver has to do is apply the accelerator and brake and change gear (with DSG just accelerator and brake) – the fully automatic steering is taken care of by the Bulli 6.1.
Even when not enabled, Park Assist looks for possible places to park. The driver is, however, not allowed to go over a speed of 37 km/h. To activate Park Assist the corresponding button on the instrument panel has to be pressed for each parking space search. Press once for parallel parking, twice for perpendicular parking. As soon as a suitable parking space is found, the system signals this on the instrument panel. The driver now engages the relevant gear in order to start the parking process. Within the system’s limits, the Bulli 6.1 automatically stops before it hits any obstacle.
